TRIAD TOUR is an interactive choreographic ride, audio guided and inspired by guided touristic tours. Created for specific urban contexts, this device explores many body-city relationships, in order to enable new perceptions of the urban space and inquiries over the occupation (and construction) in the public spaces.

The movement of the body, through a territory and its landscapes provided by TRÍADE TOUR, can work as a space-time machine, vehicle of memory and history. The group of participants, equipped with a sound reproduction device and headphones (as in museum audio guides), is conducted through a script that mixes choreography, geography, history and fiction. Displacements, gestures and choreographic composition, pervaded by historical and geographical information, with pinches of fiction, set the participants in an extra-ordinary state, deviated from the routine, but in the middle of the street. The street is no longer a passing place in the rushed daily life and opens up to new looks and perceptions. The spectators become main characters in the ride-performance, subverting their traditional roles. In this operation, another layer of public is created: unaware passersby that walk around. While the guided-public is invited to observe the performative potential of the street, the passing-public observe them execute a choreography collectively.
