The SERIES CARTOCOREOGRÁFICA discusses and questions the construction, occupation and way of life in the city. A performative action to print the daily cartography of/on the territory. The uses and fluxes of a space (a square, a boulevard, leisure areas) are mapped, named and labeled.

Using scotch tape and markers to print tracks of the/on the living space: daily and trivial actions such as sitting and waiting, speaking on the phone, polish the shoes, sell, buy, talk, read, among so many, gain – literally – a contour outlined in tape and a name or title. The performances unfold in the cartography action as well as in the ‘being cartographed’. One interacts not only with the space but also with its occupants and users.

Through the plastic divisions and organizations drawn, new choreographs of the urban tissue become visible, building an inhalation of the ordinary choreographs of everyday life.
