AXIS.

The CHOREOGRAPHIC GAMES are plastic-choreographic-reflective devices destined to all ages. It expands the idea of choreography to the relationship of the body-participant with the ideas exposed in choreographic-boards with big dimensions. Installed in public space – such as the leisure area of a cultural center, a square or sports court – these board-installations are, concomitantly, the physical space of the game and a social space for the discussion and reflection about a specific question. For example: the world of work, gender, privileges, rules and discipline, aging and others, were some of the themes of our recent productions.

Each player draws their dance on the performatic-board interacting with ‘trails’ and ‘stations’. In general lines, the trails represent the different relationships of the participants with the themes; while the stations, are spaces for manifestations (danced, performative, written, drawn, sculptured, etc) of the participants in answer to the proposed questions and/or challenges.
